WhenPeak provides performance scheduling intelligence based on self-reported sleep and lifestyle data. The Service predicts cognitive performance windows to help users make informed scheduling decisions.
WhenPeak is not a medical service. Predictions are for informational and scheduling purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use WhenPeak as a substitute for professional medical guidance.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting sleep and lifestyle data
- Use the Service for personal, lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the underlying methodology or algorithms
- Not use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it
4. Intellectual Property
All algorithms, methodologies, scoring systems, prediction models, and software underlying WhenPeak are the proprietary intellectual property of WhenPeak. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to access, copy, or use WhenPeak's proprietary technology.
The WhenPeak name, logo, and all associated branding are owned by WhenPeak. You may not use them without prior written permission.
5. No Medical Advice
WhenPeak predictions are based on general sleep science and self-reported data. They are not personalised medical advice. Results may vary based on individual health conditions, medication, and other factors not captured by the Service.
If you have concerns about your sleep, health, or cognitive function, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- WhenPeak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- WhenPeak is not liable for any decisions you make based on predictions
- WhenPeak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
- WhenPeak does not guarantee prediction accuracy
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including ChatGPT, health data applications, and calendar tools. WhenPeak is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any operational reason, with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of last update above.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
